So, how does it work?

Go hard for 15 secondsālike perfecting that jelly layup.
Take a 30-120 second break. Just stand or walk around.
Repeat for 20 minutes.
Why does this work?
Those breaks let your brain replay the skill up to 1,000 times. Yup, 1,000 timesāhelping the skill stick faster.
